Copacabana on stage at Derby Dinner Playhouse

“Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl…..” Barry Manilow’s Grammy Award-winning song is brought to life on stage at the Derby Dinner Playhouse, located in Clarksville, Indiana. This love letter to musicals of the 1940’s is full of dazzling costumes, splashy production numbers, and original songs created by Barry Manilow. A return to traditional American musical theatre!

Copacabana opens February 18 and runs through March 30, 2014. Derby Dinner Playhouse is located in Clarksville, Indiana and is a nice drive down I-65 from Indianapolis. If you wish to spend the night, The Holiday Inn Lakeview is located right next door. And there are many fun things to do in the area making a daytrip or weekend trip very enjoyable. Though only about an hour and a half drive from downtown Indy there would be no need to stay overnight unless you just want to.
