Cop punches woman: In a new viral video shot on a grainy cell phone, a cop hits a woman in the face in his seeming attempt to break up a mob scene that appears to have become violent.
The incident happened outside of a club in New Jersey.
In the video, a massive scuffle breaks out on the streets outside the club. The camera is moving faster than the faux documentary cameras from “The Blair Witch Project,” but from what we can ascertain, a man who was involved in the fight walks away from the melee.
He is then followed by a woman in a red dress. But soon, the cop catches up to the man, who attempts to drag the man down to the ground and presumably arrest him.
That’s when the woman in red puts her hands on the officer, in what appears to be a defensive mechanism to save her male friend from punishment.
What comes next is quite surprising, as the officer balls up his fist, cocks his arm back, and punches the woman in the face.
In the video, you can also hear the words “World Star!” shouted. That refers to the popular website that is known for collecting videos of viral fights and brawls and putting them online.
And, of course, the video of a cop punching a woman has of course made the cut for “World Star” and is available for public viewing.
