High pressure will build in from the Great Lakes today, bringing breezy, slightly cooler, and less humid conditions behind a departing cold front. The high will then crest over the region on Friday providing for another cool and pleasant day, before a return southerly flow develops as high pressure slides offshore on Saturday.

A warm front will then approach and move through the region later Saturday and Saturday night, followed by a slow-moving cold front through the Labor Day weekend that will become stationary and bring a return to humid conditions and unsettled weather through Monday.
