Sweet new rides and welcome-to-the-season specials are about to wow show-goers at the Patterson family’s three-course exhibit during the two-day Ottawa-Gatineau GolfExpo.
“This year we’ll be renting Cadillac and Hummer styled power carts for tournaments, charity fundraisers, weddings and other special occasions,” said Gib Patterson, owner of Anderson Links, Cloverdale Links and Emerald Links. “Show visitors can find out all about our limousine golf carts that are from Otterville Custom Carts when they visit us at the Ernst and Young Centre.”
Show-goers will also be able to park some saving coupons in their wallets at the Anderson, Cloverdale and Emerald booth area.
There’s a two-for-one green fee with the rental of a power cart special available from the opening of the season to May 31. It can be flipped into a straight two-for-one green fee buy if spring conditions don’t permit carts on the courses.
Tasty items are in the mix, too. Men and women players will receive free coffee, green tea and a munchy treat right up until May 31.
Season-long deals are a part of the coupon package with a four-for-three green fee offer in play and so is a two-for-one bucket of balls bargain for the ranges at the courses and the Innes Road Golfland complex.
Patterson says when visitors drop by looking to purchase a five- or seven-day membership for Emerald Links, they also be able to book rounds at Anderson and Cloverdale.
The Ottawa-Gatineau GolfExpo happens on March 8-9. The Ernst and Young Centre is located at 4899 Uplands Dr.
