It's summer and the heat here in Arizona can be blazing. Many of us love iced tea, but sometimes it can just be boring. How about trying something new and different. Consider making a healthy chai latte tea. Here's a recipe that was given to us by our friends at Souvia Tea in Phoenix.
1 Large Glass with Ice
Brew about 12oz of a tea of Choice (e.g. Masala Chai, Tiramasu Marscapone (caffeine Free), or Caramel)
1/3 - ½ cup of 2% milk, soy milk, or rice milk
Sweetener (stevia, agave syrup, or honey)
Add the tea to the cup of ice and stir in the milk and sweetener to taste
