Yoga Instructor Training
Have you ever thought about becoming a yoga instructor? If yes, then starting Saturday, January 8 the Samadi Center for Yoga & Meditation will begin the classes you will need to becom YA Certified. The class runs through Wednesday April 24 and includes over 200 hours of instruction. The cost is $2,995 but you can get $100 of when you mention that you saw the ad at this link on the Spiritual Events Calendar. The class schedule is as follows: Mondays 7:30-9:30pm, Wednesdays 6:00-9:30pm, Saturdays 1:00-6:00pm and Sundays 9:00-12:00pm.

I have a dim view of western yoga. An even dimmer view of those who charge for it. But I would rather see people pay for instruction than to go without any at all.
But, if you don't balance the outer teaching with inner teachings, you will not bloom in any way except physically.
Yoga is about balance.
