The cooking tip to add to this event is Italian sausage roll-ups. Use two and 1/4 cups of Bisquick, 2/3 cup of milk creamed and add some nuts. Mix and roll with rolling pin. Use round cookie cut outs. Cut about twelve round cut-outs. Use diced tomato paste and top to each round cut out.
Cook Italian sausage and brown on all sides. Slice and add to round cut-outs. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 minutes at 300F or until lightly brown. Serve as open sandwiches. Top with alfalfa sprouts. Great for Hor d' oeuvres and serve with a light juice.
