Tiff's Treats bakes and delivers, still warm from the oven, a selection of sweet treats like cookies and brownies. To celebrate their grand opening of a new location in Midtown Houston, they are hosting a special event complete with special sweets, gift card giveaways and charitable contributions to Candlelighters, a Childhood Cancer Family Alliance.
Stop by Tiff's Treats on March 9, 2013, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The early bird gets the gift cards with the first 10 people in line at the grand opening will win a $100 Tiff’s Treats gift card, the next 10 will receive a $20 gift card and the next 10 will receive a $10 gift card.
The first guests in line will receive a free Tiff’s Treats T-shirt with purchase (one per order for the early birds). Guests who purchase a box of cookies at the grand opening can also enter in a drawing to win free Tiff’s Treats cookies for a year!
The event will raise funds for Candlelighters, which provides essential support services to families of children with cancer being treated at Texas Children’s Hospital and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Candlelighters will be supported though the purchase of some of this bakery's most irresistible flavors: chocolate chip, snickerdoodle or oatmeal raisin, for just $3 a box, with proceeds of $5,000 donated to Candlelighters. Sales at this event are cash only. Tiff’s Treats’ warm cookie concept normally requires a 30-minute notice for pick-up orders or one hour for delivery. For the grand opening fundraiser, no advance order is required, and customers can simply walk in to the new store and purchase hot cookies throughout the day.
