Here is what Catrina Wright had to say about her son: At the age of two, my son was fascinated with Emril Lagasse. He has always wanted to be a chef and dreams of opening his own restaurant someday. Hopefully he will not fulfill his vision he had when he was 4 or 5 of having the seats at each table be made of toilets. (so you don't have to interrupt you meal to go to the bathroom). He is still in love with cooking shows and Food Network. We want to give him the opportunity to bake/cook in real life with the demands of deadlines and stress to see if he is committed to his dream. We have started with a few orders for the Holidays to see how it goes. So far so good.

He's already $40 over his goal, you can support him here
