I am sure you have seen the stores at the mall that sell cookie cakes, right? Well, I make my own! It is more economical and what is better than a homemade gift? I have made these as Birthday cakes for parties and given them as Birthday gifts.
Stores sell special pans to make these cookie cakes. I have two pans. One is in the shape of a heart and the other is a circular pan. Actually, my circular pan is a pizza pan! I line it with no-stick foil and then pour in my cookie batter and bake. After the cookie bakes and cools for a few minutes, it slides off of the foil so quickly and easily and your cookie remains in tact!
I am going to include some pictures of the cakes I have made. I hope you get the creative bug and try some yourself!
Most cookie pans come with a recipe included. Have fun!
