Cook up a recipe for Central Market's new cookbook

Do you have what it takes to get your recipe included with those of other foodies from around Texas in Central Market's 20th anniversary cookbook?

If your recipe is somehow connected to Central Market, send it in for a chance to have it published as one of the 100 recipes included in the cookbook. You will have to wait until February to get your copy of the cookbook, but if your recipe is included, you will be awarded with a free copy. The recipe cannot have appeared in publication before.

To submit your recipe go to Central Market's submission page. You will have to hurry because the submission deadline is December 20, 2013.

What types of recipes should you send in? Anything. It could be your favorite holiday recipe that you make with ingredients you only find at Central Market or a personal recipe you drew inspiration from a recipe you found at the Central Market website's recipe finder or in store. Maybe it was something you cooked up during the August Hatch Chile Festival celebrated each year at Central Market. Whatever your recipe, cook it up to get the exact measurements and send it in for a chance for you and your recipe to become famous.

Make your mark by having your personal recipe and the story that goes with it published in a hard copy of a cookbook that will last for years.
