The October Ultimate Bass University brings Delta guide Andy "Cooch" Cuccia to the head of the class for a lesson in jig fishing.
Ultimate Bass radio and Ultimate Bass University host Kent Brown offered this info:
One of the most effective techniques for fall and winter bass is fishing the jig and this is also one of the techniques that so many bass anglers say they need to get better at. We are lucky to track down one of the best jig fishermen around for this month’s Ultimate Bass University with Andy “Cooch” Cuccia.
Cooch is considered one of the top guides in the area and one of his specialties is teaching anglers how to fish a jig. He will cover depth, speed, weight, trailers and may even explain the “craw wave”. If you have ever wanted to know more about fishing a jig both at the Delta or one of our lakes this is a must attend seminar.
The seminar is Tuesday night the 15th of October at 6:30 and the cost is free so bring a fishing buddy.
Get ready to slow down and get your jig on the bottom with Cooch.
We are also excited to unveil the new Triton TRX21 this month. This is the first one of these new models in the West and it is impressive!!
Ultimate Bass University is a free class and the largest monthly bass fishing class in the West held the third Tuesday of each month at Gone Fishin' Marine in Dixon, Calif.
