Convenience store of America.

In this article I will try and give you the advice you need to stay out of the convenient store of America, because life isn't about convenience life is about hard work and dedication to your life goals. In my life I have taken plenty of roller coaster rides and this is how I started.

My roller coaster ride's consist of dedicated to wrestling to start with. The one sport I fell in love with. first off you do not bang heads each and every day that was always a plus for me. Second the competition was enormous, and third I was easily in better shape than any of the football athletes back in high school. Well when I graduated high school and went to St. Cloud State I knew that I wouldn't contend with the wrestlers so I focused on school. Unfortunately I walked into one of the craziest party schools in Minnesota. Needless to say my body took a beating sort of speak. I drank alcohol in abundance, I ate fast food like it was my day job and because of the c word "convenience." Needless to say by my second year I plumped up to 208 pounds. This weight was enormous from the weight that I started at 160 pounds. That is nearly 50 pounds, I am only twenty two years old right now. It took me less than a year to do that. If you are much older than my age right now I can already hear you saying I am to old to complete a goal like that. I don't believe that whatsoever. I believe anyone can do this. Of course I started from the beginning just like every person has to.

First you have to realize what you are doing to your own body.

  1. Unhealthy Food
  2. Lack of exercise
  3. Mentality

Once you realize these three things that can be changed change them. I know that it is hard but it is essential.

Second you have to set goals for yourself.

  1. Weight
  2. Body
  3. Mentality

First your ultimate weight loss goal, second toning up your body, and third how to get the mentality to commit.

There are plenty of resources to get started, the library is free and it will have all kinds of books about exercise and nutrition so there is no need to take classes and waste your hard earned money.

So get out there and get started I hope to see someone take on the challenge of losing those pounds. If you need any help feel free to contact me at my email.

Sincerely, RC
