It is one thing to get mad at someone, it is another thing to yell and use force to make sure that person knows that you are mad at them. There is a lot of abuse out there and people do not have control over their tempers. This is a dangerous thing. Take a look back at a time when you got really mad at someone and used force. What would have happened if you were in the kitchen cutting an apple and had a knife in your hands? What do you think would have happened? It can very much turn into a much more dangerous argument and you may not even realize it.
You have to really be careful when you are getting into a heated argument. Think of ways that you can stop the argument and come to an agreement. There are anger management courses available in Toronto and maybe that is just what you need to recover from becoming so angry. Consider it and think the next time you get into an argument, try to calm your nerves.
