According to Imagicopter, the CONtraflow 2011 convention begins November 4-6, 2011 in New Orleans, Louisiana. It will feature scientist, public speaker, and award-winning author David Brin as Author Guest of Honor.
There will be several Imagicopter authors/guests at the con including J L Mulvihill, Allan Gilbreath, Kat Hipbshman and Kimberly Richardson. In addition there might be Kurt Amacker, Rob Cerio, Lee Martindale and Diana Rowland.
Also featured will be Dr. Demento’s “Most Requested Artist of the 21st Century”, the great Luke Ski will be their Musical Guest of Honor.
Long-time leader in the New Orleans fan community Robert Neagle as the con's Fan Guest of Honor.
Game master and designer Michael "Scotty" Scott will be their Gaming Guest of Honor.
In fulfillment of CONtraflow’s mission to promote all types of Science Fiction and Fantasy literature, the CONtraflow Board of Directors are thrilled to announce that New Orleans Public Library is their convention charity.
They hope to not only support the goals of New Orleans Public Library in serving the reading interests of the greater New Orleans area but also in promoting literacy to build a better New Orleans.
