UTC Aerospace Systems is one of the world's largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defence products. They design, manufacture and service systems and components and provide integrated solutions for commercial, regional, business and military aircraft, helicopters and other platforms. They are also a major supplier too international space programs.
In 2012, UTC Aerospace Systems was formed by combining two industry leaders, Hamilton Sundstrand and Goodrich, creating an organization with key positions on a wide range of aircraft flying today and substantial conteeent on various UAVs, satellities and ground and navel vehicles.
Management of contracts/purchase orders for aftermarket spare parts supporting all UTAS commercial products. The individual will be assigned customer accounts with responsibility to customers and management to assure adherence to contractual requirements, delivery schedules and financial objectives. Extensive internal interface with various support organizations within UTAS is required.l Focal point for customer communications egarding this pares activity. Travel as required to provide direct customer contact. Some after hours support for customer and emergencies is required.
BA or BS Business or related field is required.
2 - 3 years customer service/contracts experience is desired.
