Contract updates for HHH and Vince McMahon, Mark Henry reportedly leaving WWE

Over the last few days, several details have come out in regards to the contracts of key WWE employees like Paul "HHH" Levesque, Mark Henry and WWE CEO Vince McMahon. According to a Friday March 2nd report by ProRasslin.net, the WWE published their 10-K report online. In that report, the WWE details two contracts that are vital to the success of the WWE.

WWE CEO Vince McMahon has built this company into a global powerhouse. Not only is it the most successful pro-wrestling company in the history of the sport, but it's also becoming a successful entertainment company. McMahon is in the second year of a 3 year contract that went into effect on January 1, 2011. McMahon makes a base salary of $1.1 million not including bonuses. However, the surprising news regarding McMahon, was the statement the WWE made in their report on what would happen to the company if Vince died or retired. To read the WWE's statement, click here.

Paul "HHH" Levesque, the son-in-law of Vince McMahon, is being groomed to take over the company whenever Vince decides to hand over the reins. In the report, the WWE announced that HHH has signed a contract to appear, and/or, wrestle for 4 more years. The contract went into effect on January 1, 2012 and expires March 30, 2016 when he's 46 years old. To read the complete details of HHH's new contract, including stipulations and pay, click here.

Perhaps the most surprising news in regards to any WWE contract is the report that Mark Henry could possibly leave the WWE once his contract expires later this year. For complete details on Henry's rumored departure, click here.

The latest word on Chris Jericho is that he might be leaving the WWE over the summer due to his band Fozzy playing on tour in the UK and the band is set to record an album as well. It's unclear if Jericho will be done with the company or just on leave. The official details of Jericho's contract are unknown.
