The Importance of Maintaining Motivation for Children faced with Disorders
It is always important to maintain the right tools used for our children who face the everyday challenges of health disorders, whether adhd, add, autism, and all other related illnesses. First and far most, a child who is accompanied by the appropriate health plan that will meet his or her needs, such as seeking help from various health care teams enlisting psychologists, clinicians in social work, nurse practitioners, rehabilitation and therapists who specialize in the care of our children with disorders are very needed to make a substantial difference in the lives of children with ongoing growth and developmental milestones that may have stemmed from birth defects, low birth rate, and prematurity.
In experiencing the welfare of our children from across the board whereas studies show motivation playing a very big role in maintaining children with adhd, it is acclaimed that the key factor of the maturing process that pertains to effective communication is acclaimed to be in the way we as leaders, teachers, mentors, and faith based associations should exhibit. In other words, there are children who may attend special education and have a difficult time adjusting to his or her environment; therefore, It is deemed imperative for all of those who are caregivers to find more ways to impact our children who experience a dysfunction with empathy and understanding. Nevertheless, a child who has a disorder should definitely be embraced with family and have a balance in the structuring of his or her skills and interests that will allow him or her to engage with peers and any social environment with continuous efforts of love and care for the betterment of meeting his or her overall health plan needs. (Love and Care are two attributed sources that have to be an essential part of children of all walks of life.)
There are four distinctive contributions that render motivation for our children with disorders of all kinds: the ability to be a loving caregiver, building of outreach ministries for added support, partnering with social community involvement (social work), and keeping the lines of education open for changes that may take place in research, via medical or social ways of coping with health challenges (talk therapy). In managing the health of a child with adhd, the caregiver has to have knowledge of the illness or disease in order to align the health care needs with the medical team in an effort to explore more possibilities for the child handicapped with adhd or any other disease. Of course, there is much hope that can capture the expectations of one who has to live with the fact of being labeled with any health impediment, whereas, with continuous growth and development of utilizing available sources, he or she diagnosed with adhd, etc., is bound to oneday live out the quality of life that each of them so much deserve. And, a family can learn to adjust to ways of nurturing the stability of structure in his or her children with adhd or any other illness. One way of improvement is to show the child with developmental milestones how important he or she really is to our growing society, and to allow him or her to mature gracefully in time, because his or her life is a process.
