Construction in South Florida is really starting to rebound.

Most construction workers who want a job in South Florida can now find one.

The second portion of the I-75 project which includes the addition of express lanes, a bridge and road will mean 150 full-time and 51 part-time jobs, according to an article by Marcia Heroux Pounds in the June 5 Sun Sentinel.

"This is very good for everyone. I am a construction worker and I am glad that more jobs are opening in the construction industry. There was a time when it was very hard to find a construction job," said Bob Merritt.

"I hope this trend continues. I have worked in construction and it is good that more construction jobs are opening up," said Jorge Ortega.
