Conspiracy theorists say Joan Rivers' death on Beyoncé’s birthday no coincidence

Joan Rivers lived her life to the fullest, and it seems she wanted to go out in a big way, too. The legendary comedienne died on Sept. 4 at the age of 81, and on Thursday, Us Weekly posted excerpts from her 2012 book, I Hate Everyone…Starting With Me, which detailed her over-the-top wishes for her future funeral. And some people think it’s no coincidence that pop superstar Beyoncé was mentioned in Rivers’ plan.

"When I die,” Rivers wrote in her book, "I want my funeral to be a huge showbiz affair with lights, cameras, action. I want Craft services, I want paparazzi and I want publicists making a scene!" The comic also insisted she wanted her funeral to be " Hollywood all the way."

"I don't want some rabbi rambling on," she wrote. "I want Meryl Streep crying, in five different accents. I don't want a eulogy; I want Bobby Vinton to pick up my head and sing 'Mr. Lonely.' I want to look gorgeous, better dead than I do alive. I want to be buried in a Valentino gown and I want Harry Winston to make me a toe tag. And I want a wind machine so that even in the casket my hair is blowing just like Beyoncé's."

Speaking of Beyonce, the Grammy winning singer has been no stranger to Joan Rivers’ sharp tongue over the years, and was even the subject of Rivers’ last joke on Twitter. On Aug. 27, the comedy icon tweeted, “A man reportedly got his finger bitten off at a Beyoncé concert! The shocking twist: It wasn't Jay Z's finger and it wasn't by Solange.”

But in another twist, Rivers’ death came on Beyoncé’s birthday, prompting a few of conspiracy theorists to think it was all related and was part of an Illuminati murder sacrifice. According to Bustle, tweets began circulating about Rivers’ death being linked to the Illuminati because the comic, who was born in 1933, died on the Grammy winning singer’s 33rd birthday and her last joke tweet happened to be about the pop singer’s family. One tweet broke it down this way “Joan Rivers was born in 1933, Today is Beyoncé’s 33rd birthday, Beyoncé is born 1981, Joan Rivers dies at 81.”

NBC News reported that funeral services for the Joan Rivers will be Sunday at Temple Emanu-El in New York City. No word yet if Beyoncé will be in attendance.
