Over the lunch hour Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor issued a gag order for the trial of Conrad Murray. The Friday ruling covers prosecutors and lawyers for Dr. Conrad Murray trial were ordered not to comment outside of their legal teams.
The decision, first revealed by the FOX news, was decided upon during the lunch hour. While the Judge didn’t elaborate on the reason of the gag order, the defense partner with Murray's attorney, Ed Chernoff, is suspected to be at issue. Matt Alford was on the Today Show Friday talking about the case with the morning talk show. In particular, the discussion of the jury could have upset the judge.
The news shows are looking for experts on the Conrad Murray trial which is why some of the attorneys for both Conrad Murray and the victim Michael Jackson have been out talking to the public. Watching the trial live, the public definitely wants to hear from those closer to the case.
