Coda Sound Inc. for the past 10 years has brought to Tampa, Fla. international and local performers for its annual Conga Caliente - a traditional free family festival celebrating Hispanic arts and culture.
The festival includes live music, ethnic foods, a domino and cigar area, a youth area and a beer garden. Other areas of interest include Health Village, Corporate Village as well as educational displays. Attendees will also have the opportunity to view paintings, sculptures, and other types of artwork created by local Hispanic artists.
This year’s artist line-up includes Puerto Rico's salsa group Puerto Rican Power, bachata diva Leslie Grace and for the first time performing in Tampa are Matt Hunter and Mariachi Nuevo Estilio. In the past years names such as Johnny Rivera, Alvaro Torres, Milly Quezada, Miles Peña, Kevin Ceballo, Los Boyz del Barrio, Maggie Carles, Rey Ruíz, Tito Rojas, Van Lester, Marlon, DLG, Anthony Cruz have taken stage at one of the largest free family festivals in Tampa.
