Conduit for true alignment

What are your thoughts about Spirituality? On my application for graduate college, when I was asked this question, this was my response. “As I have matured, I have realized the importance of spirituality to my wellbeing. Spirituality is the conduit for true alignment of the mind and body. This connection fuels my intuition. When I’m listening to my needs, I’m able to surrender and pause when necessary and this enables me to gain positive momentum. I’m excited to explore this area further and grow from the wealth of knowledge available through this program.”

The Mental Health Counseling Master’s of Art Degree at Siena Heights University offers a great psychological program inclusive of both science and religion. The foundation of this platform feels holistic because it is intertwined with spirituality.

Between my educational endeavors and my research for this healthy living column, I continue to learn, grow and share my studies. These efforts feed my curious nature while engaging me to reach further. It has been and continues to be worthwhile and very self-satisfying.

What fuels your curiosity? It is important to figure this out because when you discover and explore what fuels your inquisitive nature, your spirit will respond favorably. It gifts the ultimate, natural boost. Leave me a comment with your topic of passion!
