An emergency peaceful protest at Concord Hospital was held Friday due to the state of New Hampshire forcibly removing, with the aid of the hospital, 15-hour old newborn, Cheyenne Irish, from her parents.
The baby's father, John Irish, alleges all the charges for the removal are trumped and he does not know why according to his statement at the protest. (See Oppression by Oath Youtube video below, posted by Adventures In the Free State)

"A day-old infant was abducted by NH DCYF on 10/7/2010, from and allegedly with the complicity of Concord Hospital, apparently at least partially because her father had affirmed, by association with Oath Keepers, an oath he'd taken to support and defend the U.S. Constitution. An oath government employees take every day. Do they respect their own promises as much? Do you care...?
Mother of the baby, Stephanie Janvrin's former partner and legal husband, David Taylor refuses to sign divorce papers and claims that he is the father of the baby according to statements made at the protest.
"He will not accept or sign the papers" for a divorce. "He just will not do it," she said.
Many women become Targeted Individuals after separating from their partners according to self-support group communications.
One woman at the protest said, "This is suppose to be America, not Nazi Germany. You are not suppose to have your children stolen because of your affiliation with a group."
She said she joined Oath Keepers earlier in the day due to the baby's removal from her parents and that she learned about the protest on Facebook.
One stated reason for the baby's forced removal is her father's affiliation with Oath Keepers that officials described as a "militia group."
The affidavit is "fabricated and trumped up," said Mr. Irish.
The stated reason that baby Chayenne was removed is "abuse and neglect."
During the protest, a sergeant and another law officer of Concord Police Department handed a notice to Mr. Irish advising, "Based on recent circumstances, this is to serve as a notice that you are not allowed to enter onto Concord Hopsital property unless you require emergency services. Should you come onto Concord Hospital property for any other reason, you will be charged with criminal trespass."
The notice was signed by John Sharon, Director of Concord Hospital Security.
The Intel Hub reports that the FBI with bomb-sniffer dogs were at the peaceful protest.
"That’s right, the FBI, with no threat or sign of danger, sent bomb sniffing dogs to the protest. The FBI sent a clear message. People that stand up for the rights of American citizens are now possible terrorists. This Nazi like tactic has been used hundreds of times. The goal is to get the local media to connect the protest to a bomb threat in order to scare citizens who would normally support the parents into keeping their mouths shut.
"The government has taken their tyranny to new heights. DHS is now openly admitting that the Southern Poverty Law Center works for hand in hand with their department. DHS officials in Pennsylvania have hired Israeli agents to spy on law abiding citizens. We now live in a country where you are considered a potential terrorist if you stand up for your god given rights outlined by the Constitution. The time for talking is over .This can not be allowed to happen EVER again .The voters of new hampshire should be pressuring every elected state official to take a stand on this and any of them that side with the fed on this issue should be impeached immedietly.Further action will need to be taken to expose and remove all CPS employee's who where involved in this case .Their names and addresses and photo's need to be made public so the citizens of this state will know who they are .People should know if they have a person living in thier neighborhood who is willing to violate the constitution and steal children from their parents just to earn a paycheck..

As an Oath Keeper, I have been involved with this situation since learning of the kidnapping two days ago. Nothing the "government" has presented so far leads me to conclude that the little girl was in danger, nor do I find the "weapons charges" to be valid.
As for OK being branded a terrorist org (my take on it), the DHS and the SPLC are now working hand in glove to train police across this "Country" how to "deal" with those who dissent;

This is America and I am sadly disappointed to see such an act. I hope all Concord Hospital employees and law enforcement is punished for this. No one is guilty until proven by the courts. What is this country coming to. This is right out wrong!
I have always been proud to be a native son of the Liver Free or Die State although I have not lived there for years. It is time for the good citizens of NH make that all citizens to stand and be counted. Live Free or Die is much more than a slogan. Oath Keepers is by no means a militia but even if John Irish was a member of a militia that would be no reason to remove a child from his custody. And the reference to his purchasing fire arms is equally covered by the Constitution as is his right to association whith whom he pelases as long as there is no intent to cause harm. It is a sad day in America.
Why does everyone ignore the fact the other two children of this people were taken away for neglect and may be taken away permanently , the father has been charged with weapons charges, ordered to court ordered anger management, and this family has serious issues. How can they let them have another child when they don't even have their first two and may loose them forever because of horrible treatment. If you read the original documents, you will that many other reasons like the above ones are mentioned before the oathkeeper part. These people are bad parents who should have this baby taken away, they couldn't take care of the first two.
Seriously, how come no one is looking at the fact that 2 other children were taken from this home? I can't jump to the conclusion that the gov't did this because he was an oath keeper without seeing all of the facts. Don't forget about the other kids

Whereas I have had little inclination to support fringe groups I have decided to join Oathkeeprs and support them financially. I have made this decision based solely on what I consider storm trooper tactics. I don't know who is responsible for this montrosity but the morons who perpatrated this must be quietly supportive of Oathkeepers because an action like this will serve only to increase their membership by hundreds of thousands of people. I'm one of them.
I also called the security dept at the hospital and the person who answered the phone said he wasn't responsible and so I should call during the week and interestingly he said "We're only following orders".

This alleged father has been arrested for hitting both the fiance' and her children in the past. He has been instructed to attend violence management treatment and refused. He has been arrested for making Columbine type threats at a local high school. He has been arrested on weapons charges. He has been arrested for sexual assault on a minor, a 14 year old when he was 18. This set of parents was in no way targeted for their association with the Oath keepers group. It was indeed mentioned in the affidavit, but was a mere side point in a myriad of problems with this lowlife. This was a prudent and necessary step for the state to take.
Well as far as naming the father of the child as her husbands, a lot of states automatically make who ever your married to as the father. I know in Illinois, if my ex was married to a guy but got divorced, within say 6 months of birth, the ex-husband has to appeal that the baby is not his. If not the state assumes that the child is his. It's kinda crazy. Second, it is not illegal to talk to or be part of a oath keepers. It's in the constitution that it is legal to form and be part of such group. They could say that all the guns in the house could be a issue, but as long as you prove that the guns are in locked gun lockers and stored like they should, there shouldn't be a problem. People in the Concord area and surroundings should print this article with comments by the thousands, and pass them out everywhere. On cars in parking lots, at stores, malls, strip malls, and especially at that hospital everywhere all over the town and suburbs to raise awareness of this criminal kidnapping organization to get thousands of ppl to join the protest. This is yet another piece of societal manipulation designed to polarize Americans against each other. These highly charged emotional conflicts keep people concentrated on the symptoms rather than the problem which is the willful destruction of America from the inside. This incident is just one in a string of such incidents which have been gradually escalating and happening on a regular basis for many many decades.

The charge against the father is not ONLY his membership in the Militia Group, but that he sexually molested the 7-Year Old daughter at home!
