Unique film screenings coming up this week. Here are just a few.

Every weekend the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth presents Magnolia at the Modern. These are critically acclaimed films. Many of these films are out on limited release.

In addition to their Magnolia at the Modern programming, the Modern Art Museum offers many film screenings in partnership with different organizations. Their partnership with the Lone Star Film Society brought several film series this summer. Together with the Fort Worth Public Library, they present Movies that Matter.

Coming up this week, we have:

THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT

This film screenings is part of the National Theatre Live, in partnership with Amphibian Productions. National Theater Live is a film of a live production. This production is an based on the novel by Mark Haddon.

Magnolia at the Modern presents Land Ho, a story of two older gentlemen on a road trip through Iceland trying to reclaim their youth. This is an adventure comedy. Rated: R

IMAX movies are great at the Omni Theater. This concert should be spectacular. The Omni Theater is located in the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. If you are a member of the museum, you can purchase tickets to the Omni at a discounted price.
