The duo Suzanne & Jim will perform in the plaza of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum (A.L.P.M.) on Friday, June 13, 2014. Young actress Skai Jackson of the Disney Channel show Jessie will appear at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum (A.L.P.L.M.).
Suzanne & Jim will perform “Songs Lincoln Loved” at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. tomorrow, Friday, June 13, 2014. This will be their first appearance at the A.L.P.L.M. Suzanne Jaroszynski and Jim Hale are a husband-and-wife team who have been performing together for twenty years.
“These are great, high-quality musical performers,” said Phil Funkenbusch, Director of Shows at the A.L.P.L.M. “We've been talking for a couple of years, and we are happy to finally get them here.”
Skai Jackson, who plays Zuri Ross on Jessie will host a “meet-and-greet” with fans from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library (A.L.P.L.) and participate in a tour of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum with the winner of a Radio Disney contest.
The event is free and open to the first 300 people to receive wristbands from Radio Disney St. Louis the morning of June 14th. The A.L.P.L. opens at 9:00 a.m.
Children with wristbands also get to visit the A.L.P.M. for free, and their parents get $5 off the Full Experience admission price. A Full Experience ticket covers both the museum and the special “Lincoln: History to Hollywood” exhibit of sets and costumes from Steven Spielberg’s movie Lincoln (2012).
Families who do not get a chance to participate in the Skai Jackson meet-and-greet still get to visit the A.L.P.M. at the reduced price for adults. The A.L.P.L.M. stated, “The Radio Disney St. Louis Road Crew will provide interactive entertainment, fun prizes and ‘parent packs,’ and kids and families' favorite music.”
