Conan O'Brien's Twitter move gives Sarah Killen a wedding

Conan O'Brien's gift just keeps on giving. Another 24 hours have passed with Sarah Killen as the comedian's only Twitter follower, and the good news just keeps coming in for the Michigan resident. In a new interview with PopEater, Killen reveals just how much Conan's two random tweets have "changed [her] life:"

"It has really helped...I'm getting married on September 25, and we didn't know if we would be able to afford it. Now I'm getting custom made shoes and a dress from Kelima in New York … We're getting a limo, Classic Creations is giving us wedding bands and there's a vineyard in California sending us wine. We've got it all covered now."

So there you have it: Conan brings weddings together. Of course, Killen is still trying to think of a good way to give back to the guy after his two minutes of effort have led to such much good fortune on her end. For now, though, all she wants to do is dream about other funny scenarios involving Coco:

"My fiancé wants Conan to be his best man...That would be really cool. And hey, if he wants us to come on his show, we'd get married on there. That would be fantastic."

Of course, there's one problem with this: Conan needs to get a new show first.

Are you surprised that Killen has received so many gifts thanks only to Twitter? Let me know your thoughts with a comment below!
