Wow. What some people will do to comply with authority is mind-blowing.
Sandra, as played by Ann Dowd is the manager of a chicken joint who has received a telephone call from an "Officer Daniels" who is claiming that he is a police officer and that he has taken a complaint from a customer, who says that Becky, played by Dreama Walker, has taken money from her purse while serving her this evening.
The chicken joint is very busy and Sandra is obviously pretty dull, because she allows Officer Daniels to obstruct business on a night when she is expecting to do business with mystery shoppers.
Sandra strip searches Becky and forces her to wear only an apron, then, passes the custody of Becky to fellow employee Kevin, then her fiance' Van (played by Bill Camp), then to some scraggly looking dude who appears earlier during the film as an employee of some sort.
It's not until Van spends some time talking to Officer Daniels that he realizes that something is not right and calls the proper authorities.
Becky: It's crazy. I'm naked.
Becky: I'm naked.
Officer Daniels: I'm still an officer of the law.
Officer Daniels: I need to be able to trust you.
Officer Daniels: I want you to see her without that apron.
Officer Daniels: You need to find this money.
Sandra: He had an answer, every time I asked a question.
Sandra: Honey, why are you making this more difficult than it has to be?
Sandra: I was absolutely a victim.
Sandra: She agreed to the search and she agreed to everything.
