The View queen bee Barbara Walters ditched the coffee clutch and flew solo Wednesday night to present her 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009. The list of Barbara Walter's 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009 was heavy on entertainers and politicians, but the title of Most Fascinating Person of 2009 went to First Lady Michelle Obama.
Barbara Walters asked Michelle Obama about life in the White House, her goals as First Lady and how her upper arms stay so ripped. Mrs. Obama answered all Barbara's questions politely, sweetly and vaguely, leaving some viewers wondering why Walters would name a person whose role is to remain a non-controversial Presidential sidekick as the Most Fascinating Person of 2009.
