KWTX News 10 reports a controversial story involving Hornet Signs, an advertising company in Waco, Texas. The company has created a realistic decal of a woman tied up in the bed of a truck. Brad Kolb, owner of Hornet Signs said the decal was placed on the back of a company truck to stress the decal's realism.
The woman in the decal is an employee who volunteered for the photograph. Kolb said he is surprised about the attention given to the decal. News 10 asked viewers to share their thoughts about the decal on their Facebook page.
Many posters to the Channel 10 Facebook page didn’t condone it. Many considered the decal in poor taste because abuse against women isn’t ever acceptable.
Others supported the decal because the decal made the news. Kolb said the news story has attracted attention to his business. Kolb also said he hasn't been contacted by any law enforcement agencies about the decal.
