Company has new a way to wrap your cellphone, computer or iPod in Beatles

You'll soon be able to cover your mp3 player, iPod, laptop or PDA with the logo and album art work of the Fab Four. MusicSkins LLC announced on Thursday a licensing deal granting the right for the company to offer skins featuring the Beatles logos and cover art from seven Beatles albums for those items and also cell phones,Netbooks, gaming accessories and external hard drives.

 The skins are being debuting at the 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, which opened Thursday and runs through Sunday. The new line features the Beatles logo and cover art from “Abbey Road,” “Yellow Submarine,” “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,” “Rubber Soul,” “Let It Be,” “With the Beatles,” and “A Hard Day’s Night.” Prices range from $15-$30 USD.

The license agreement between MusicSkins and Apple Corps was arranged through MusicSkins partnership with Live Nation.

    Actually, the skins are already available. The Fest For Beatles Fans has been taking orders for them since around Thanksgiving and, I think, sold out of their first shipment by mid-December. They were selling for around $12 during the holidays but check the Fest site, www.thefest.com , for the current prices.
