Whether the town prefers calling him a Spring Bunny, Peter Rabbit or the Easter Bunny, he's on his way to hide eggs for children to find at community egg hunts. With Easter being early, most hunts are this weekend, the weekend before the holiday.
For most hunts, parents should prepare their children by having them wear sneakers and bring a bag or basket to carry their multi-colored treasures. Children should also be reminded to listen and follow the rules of their hunt, as well as be courteous to other children. Parents will want to bring their own camera to record the event and any meetings with the bunny.
