This government just don’t get it. They are of the impression, the public is the ignorant ones when it comes to general sentiment over what’s being peddled as health care. Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, visited Houston yesterday to promote the unwanted health care law, much in the same fashion the president is doing.
Both are targeting young adults, who could care less about insurance coverage until their 26 years old. Grown ups, under law, are quite satisfied with being continuous burdens on their parents, which is not helpful, but rather, harmful in the sense it redefines, adulthood. It also extends a dependency practice, which more often than not, results in grown ups, leaving the nest and turning to the government.
The law may be in place, but some states haven’t lifted a finger to implement the law. The hypocrisy here is, the government created a law, that shadows states’ health care laws. States, those that have lifted fingers to implement the law, will give up states’ rights and become dependent on the government. That’s too much dependency on a government with a history of outright lying to the country.
Over the weekend, the president claimed health care was a ‘right,’ yet that ‘inalienable right’ is mandatory under the affordable care act. That’s not even a good argument. Rights allow choice, the affordable care act doesn’t.
Congress has already defunded the Co Op program of the health care act, to the tune of $2.2 billion and yet, this government and many in the media claim, Congress can’t defund it. Congress has the constitutional power to defund any mandatory spending, in any bill. So now, why is there drama in the Republican camp over constitutional authority?
Here’s a good one, Republicans are big business puppets, and yet, the president delayed big business implementation of the health care mandates for a year, but refuses to delay the individual mandate for that same year.
This cross country selling tour of a Congressional law, highly suggest, the law is in serious trouble and yet, it’s promoted as the law of the land. This law of the land defy logic, ignores consequences of ignorant governing, it takes the country into a single payer system and that will end more lives, than it will preserve.
