Commentary: Another wish for Retro Television Network programming in Mobile

I had a feeling the Mobile, Alabama-Pensacola, Florida TV market would still be without its own affiliate of the Retro Television Network by the time they start broadcasting the original "Doctor Who" TV program on a regular basis (I really wanted to watch the original "Doctor Who" on a regular basis since I had enjoyed it occasionally through video-on-demand services like Comcast's Xfinity on Demand service, Netflix, and Amazon Instant Video). It makes me wish all of the cable TV systems in this area (including the ones in Mobile County operated by Comcast Cablevision of Mobile and Mediacom Communications of Mobile) would either use WKFK-TV's sub-channel for Retro Television Network programming just like Riviera Utilities' system in Baldwin County, Alabama (east of Mobile and the rest of Mobile County in the same TV market) or use the Retro Television Network's raw network feed to provide the programming in their own ways.
