Comic books fans, enjoy your Spring

Gear up and get ready for Anaheim Comic Con this April. The con is run by Wizard Entertainment who publishes Wizard and Toyfare, magazines dedicated to showcasing the latest in comic books and action figures, just to name a few. As the name implies, it will be taking place April 16-18 at the Anaheim Convention Center located in Anaheim, CA. The Convention Center is right down the street from Disneyland. So before you go home, you might want to relax in Downtown Disney for a while.

As with all cons, there will be special guests ranging from people in the comic book industry to celebrities from the show biz world. Altogether, there are over 100 confirmed guests and will most likely keep on growing. Some of the celebrity guest include Eliza Dushku (DOLLHOUSE), Eric Estrada (CHIPS), Adam West (BATMAN, FAMILY GUY), and a whole lot more. Star Trek fans will also be happy to know that William Shatner, Walter Koenig, and Nichelle Nichols from the original series will also be in attendance. Of course, there's only one person who can top any guest. It was recently confirmed on the Anaheim Comic Con site that Stan Lee will be attending. A comic convention isn't complete unless Stan “The Man” Lee is there.
