Comic Book movie news!

There has been some interesting comic book movie news in the past week.  Here we will get you all caught up with the latest comic book movie news.  Now let’s hit the cinema!  Earlier today it was announced that Matthew Vaughn will be coming back to direct the sequel to X-Men: First Class.  X-Men:  First Class was a solid film taking us back to the origins of the X-Men.  Both actors James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender have shared their thoughts on a possible sequel.  They both are signed on for the sequel.  We can only speculate what time period the sequel will take place.  I imagine it will be around the 60’s or 70’s time period.  And it will be interesting to see how Professor X will look in the sequel since last we saw him he was in his famous wheelchair.  Since that part of his origin is out of the way, I’m sure they will show us how he losses all of his hair.  As it will be fun to see Fassbender in the full Magneto costume, since at the end of the film he looked totally in control of becoming the evil mutant leader.  So with today’s announcement many X-Men fans are rejoicing.  Are you excited for the X-Men: Second Class?

In other Marvel movie news, it was also announced Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man will reveal a sneak peek to the film on February 6th.  This news was dropped by Deadline.com.  This sneak peek will be revealed to a limited number of cities.  The cities you can catch a glimpse of your favorite web crawler are: New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, MexicoCity, Moscow, Rio, Rome, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.  Also check out the left hand side of this article for the latest promo picture of Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man.
