Comedian Lukas Seely to Record Live Album Saturday at the Bair

Billings comical son is set to record his first album and wants you to join in on the fun.

Seely will be doing a live comedy event Saturday at the Alberta Bair Theater called “Comedy beCause” to benefit for the Center for Children and Families. His set will be used for his yet-to-be-named first comedy album.

Seely started comedy over seven years ago and has headlined some of the best clubs in Seattleand Los Angeles.

He was nominated as an Emerging Comic in the New York Underground Comedy Festival and has also opened for such names as Dane Cook, Damon Wayans, Sarah Silverman, Ron White, Bill Burr, Greg Giraldo, Daniel Tosh to name a few. In 2010 Lukas performed his stand-up on Showtime's "Louie Anderson Presents"

Local comedians Mark Dawson and Nick Capetanakis will open the show.

The show starts at 7:30 p.m.on Saturday. Tickets are $26 and are available at the Alberta Bair Theater and online at AlbertaBairTheater.org. Show is for all ages.
