The event will take place October 6, 2013 from 12:00pm-6:00pm. A schedule of events has been listed on the Pacific Asia Museum website, but some of the activities include crafts, music performances, food, dance and kung fu demonstrations. Those who are interested need to reserve their tickets here.
Visitors can also check the current exhibitions on display. Constructed Visions: New Media From Korea will only be available until November 24, 2013, making this the first exhibition to go through on the list. "Constructed Visions" is about contemporary Korean artists and their exploration of video and photography. They manipulate their images to make well-known urban and rural settings look odd, causing visitors to question the artists' choices.
The Pacific Asia Museum is located on North Los Robles Ave. in Pasadena. As mentioned, the Mid-Autumn Moon Celebration will be held on Sunday, Oct. 6. Visitors who want to go another time to see the exhibitions can come Wednesday-Sunday, between 10:00am-6:00pm.
