Here ye... here ye... Many photographers have the one desperate wish that they could travel back in time to capture the many memorable moments of an era long past...

Well now you can travel back to a time where The King's Royal Archer will leave you in awe with his practiced archery skills, where The Duelists will fight to the death with their axes, balls and chains and their longswords, while hauling insults at each other, tempting your laughter while urging your anticipation... your fingers burning from shutter button overload!

The South Florida Renaissance Festival, located at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach, will have the avid, amateur and professional photographer spinning in circles deciding on the next great shot. Around each corner you are embraced by the oddities of pirates and peasants, magic shows that leave you momentarily in awe, forgetting your assignment to find subject to shoot!

When you regain your senses, you can have them soothed by the Heartstring, a one stringed bow instrument played by the talented James O'Clair who will move you with the incredible sounds that emanate from this handmade instrument. Sounds not easily forgotten, leaving you suspended in time.

Your endlessly surreal moment may be disturbed by the clashing sounds of weapons as the knights joust to the death, as you scurry on over to capture their fighting and fury. (Bring a long lens)!

With these and many more unbelievable photo ops, you'll sail away with a portfolio of images of the strange, the beautiful, the epic.
