It’s vacation time, and it is not about where you are going, but how you are going to get there.
One of the fabulous ways to get to your destination of choice is to take an unforgettable flight on the new Airbus A380-800.
Frank Sinatra’s 1958 album titled, Come fly with me, is just the song to get you in the mood for your trip on this futuristic airplane. The theme behind Sinatra’s famous song was designed as a musical trip around the world. Jimmy Van Heusen and lyrics written by Sammy Cahn composed this 1957 melody.
I do not know what Frankie would think about the way we fly today, but take a moment now and view this video from a passenger departing from Los Angeles International Airport titled “A sneak peek at Emirates A380- the world’s largest commercial airplane.”
Other airlines offering their own brand of luxury service with the Airbus A-380 are, Lufthansa, Air France, Singapore, Qantas, Korean Air, and Malaysia Air. “Where are the United States airlines?” Surveyed passengers asked this question during a recent survey conducted by major airlines. Passengers highest response on the route they wanted for this type of service was; A flight from New York, to Los Angeles, and on to Hawaii.
Another survey question asked of economy class passengers revealed some surprising feedback to this question, “What do you want and how would like your airline travel to be today?”
A whapping eighty-five percent of the passengers wrote in the comments’ section, they preferred to pay more for their tickets and have newer state-of-the-art aircraft. Airlines that offer comfort seating in all classes, no luggage fees (weight restriction was acceptable), complimentary beverages, an assortment of sandwiches, hamburgers, apple pie and ice cream instead of the standard tray service.
About viewing a video presentation of the Emirates Airbus A-380, discount travel went out the window, and luxury travel flew in. One viewer commented, “I just booked a business-class seat on Emirates. Many years ago, I could only dream about flying in luxury like in the days shown on the PanAm sitcom, now my reality outweighs my dream.”
Take a hint from the viewer's comment above and lyrics from Frank Sinatra’s famous song viewed on YouTube by almost 3 million people. Now go pack your bags, and fly away on your dream trip with that special someone, (you).
