Comcast's Limited Basic cable TV service in Mobile County to be encrypted

According to a message sent to customers of the cable TV system operated by Comcast Cablevision of Mobile via the Postal Service of the United States, their company had a plan to to start encrypting Limited Basic cable TV service through the system on Tuesday, March 25th, and a plan to help customers who may lose access to the service as a result of the encryption.
