With the holidays past and the New Year begun, everything is getting back to normal this week. Children have gone back to school, people have gone back to regular work hours, and most of the decorations have been put away. We may be feeling a bit shopped-out after making the rounds of the clearance sales last week, but this is the time to find the deepest discounts of the year on winter fashions and accessories.
Almost all department stores are having clearance sales with 70-80% (and more!) off fall and winter fashions. These new looks are at near-giveaway prices, and will serve you well for the remainder of the winter and beyond. Racks are getting a bit picked-over, but selections are still very good. Camis and tees, layering favorites through the winter, are perfect for spring and summer. There are some especially pretty bright colors and sequin styles reduced for clearance at Cato and Old Navy.
