Colorado Wind Ensemble presents A Tribute to Armed Forces

For Memorial Day weekend, the Colorado Wind Ensemble will be presenting an orchestral program in honor of our armed forces. The program will be held Saturday, May 29 at the Littleton United Methodist Church at 7:30 pm. Guest artist Michael Dunn will appear on tuba.

Pieces featured include: Esprit de Corps and Concerto for Bass Tuba, both by Robert Jager, Symphony no. 4, "West Point", by Morton Gould, The Good Soldier Schweik Suite by Robert Kurka and Armed Forces Salute, arranged by Robert Lowden.

The Colorado Wind Ensemble is under the direction of Matthew J. Roeder.

This event is open to the public, and to all ages. Children 12 and under are $4, seniors and students over age 13 $8, and adults $10.

Littleton UMC is located at 5894 S. Datura St. in Littleton.
