Colorado Rebate Program Follow-Up logo

As previously reported here...

The morning of Monday, April 19, 2010 started off with a bang for those running  The website launched at 8:00 in the morning and proceeded to crash only about thirty minutes after.  Thankfully, administrators and other keepers of the website speedily got the program back up and running.
Throughout the day, the website and phone lines received heavy traffic.  About 10,000 people were able to successfully contact the website reservation and call centers.
The GEO (Government Energy Office) is expecting consumers to quickly snag the Energy Star dishwasher, clothes washer and refrigerator deals.  Rebates for furnaces and hot water heaters are moving along at a steady pace.  As for tankless water heaters, the rebates were snatched up very quickly and are all sold out.  However, for those who would still like to try for a tankless water heater rebate, they can sign up on a wait list.
A call center is also available at 1-800-462-0184.
