Colorado Rapids offering tickets for Animal Rescue Night

On Saturday, March 9, the Colorado Rapids of MLS will host their home opener verses the Philadelphia Union at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City. Not only will it be a fun night for soccer fans, but the game will benefit rescue dogs too.

The Colorado Rapids and Front Range German Shepherd Rescue have partnered to form Animal Rescue Night. Fans get discounted game tickets and $5 of every ticket will be donated to the Front Range German Shepherd Rescue in Denver. The Front Range GSD Rescue organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to rescuing and rehoming purebred German Shepherd dogs in the metro area.

Tickets for the home opener are $41 for the West Sideline (regularly $45), $35 for the East Sideline (regularly $40) and $29 for the South Stands (regularly $35). Parking at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park is free and no ticket service charges or fees will be added to the price. Dick’s Sporting Goods Park is located at the southwest corner of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge in Commerce City at the corner of 60th and Quebec. Game starts at 4 p.m.
