The 23 year old goalie, Dillon Ward helped the Mammoth achieve that much needed victory. The Colorado Mammoth stopped the undefeated Edmonton Rush with a score of 10-8. Stopping 23 of 29 shots on goal in the third and fourth quarter, Dillon Ward held the title of player of the game.

With two games left and those being road games, the fate of the playoffs rest on each player of the Colorado Mammoth. The Mammoth will face Minnesota and then Philadelphia. They won't be easy but then this whole season has not been easy. How will the next couple of weeks play out? No one knows but it will be the Colorado Mammoth who are in control of their own destiny and will either go home in a couple of weeks or start their playoff run.
