The Colorado Eagles have made it to the Northern Conference semi-finals and play the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs. This last weekend the Eagles lost back-to-back games on their home ice. Now, tonight the Eagles take on the Mudbugs at the Century Tel Center in Louisiana.

This game is a must win for many reasons. Although they move into tonight’s game with a deficit of two losses, it will not deter the seasoned Eagles team. These players have held that cup twice. These players proudly wear the championship ring. They will not go down without a fight.

The Eagles have a strong road trip record and do not even fathom the chance that they won’t be back to the Budweiser Event Center for another game. They recognize the issues they had last weekend with the Mudbugs and will address these from the moment they step onto the ice.

In the past other teams have gone into this same scenario and come back stronger than ever. These other teams are not the Colorado Eagles. This team is strong, seasoned, tough, and will not allow the Mudbugs to dominate this series. Last year the Eagles swept the Mudbugs in the semi-finals; this year they are allowing them to save face.

Tonight’s game will start at 6:05 Mountain Daylight Time. Pull up a chair next to that radio or computer and be prepared to be on the edge of your seat all evening as the Colorado Eagles show their depth and commitment.
