For more than 25 years, Colonie Senior Service Center (CSSC) has been about people, families, and community . . . committed to helping seniors stay active and independent.

Today’s CSSC is the largest provider of services for seniors in Colonie, serving the largest population of seniors over 60 in the Capital Region.  For more information, call (518) 459-2857.

Keeping Your Balance
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:00 am
Suggested Participant Contribution: $25

Line Dancing
Taught by Theresa Mattson at the Fuller Road Fire Hall. 10-week sessions. FEE: $30 per session.

Low Impact Aerobics
Simple, easy movements at the Beltrone Living Center; Year-round; Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at 8:45 am.

Supported Yoga Class
Taught by Joan Haggerty of "The Yoga Loft." at the Beltrone Living Center. Mondays 10am - 11:15am. FEE: $20 per month.

T'ai Chi & Qi Gong
Taught by Jianye Jiang at the Beltrone Living Center. 5-week sessions; April 21 to May 19 or September 15 to October 13; Fridays 10:30 am. FEE: $25 per session.

Tap Dancing Classes
Taught by Janet Murphy at the Beltrone Living Center. 8-week sessions; Thursdays; Advanced Tap (9 am); Intermediate Tap (10:15 am); Beginning Tap (11:30 am); FEE: $45 per session

Walking Club and Exercise Class
Walks every month of the year meeting at the Colonie Center Food Court; Wednesdays and Fridays; walk at 9:00 am and Exercise at 9:45 am. Wear comfortable clothes and good walking shoes to walk then join the exercise class immediately following and improve your strength, flexibility and balance.
