The George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum
Dallas may have to wait for a couple of years to see the President Bush Library at SMU, but you can see the other President Bush Library in College Station and get an idea of what a great gift Dallas will be having in the future.
The Bush Museum collection encompasses 100,000 artifacts and over 3000 gifts President Bush received from heads of state both during his presidency and vice presidency. The Library and Museum contains 43 million pages of documents, two million photographs, thousands of sound and video recordings, and other volumes of information documenting the life and career of President George H.W. Bush.

The Museum of the American G.I. 
A living history museum dedicated the U.S. Military with a large collection of restored military vehicles, uniforms, ammunition, and a reference library.

The Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History
The museum houses about 22,500 diversified natural history specimens, mostly from Texas, including
Native American artifacts, 1800 Texas Gulf Coast shells, over 2000 mineral specimens, mammal specimens, Ice Age specimens, and assorted fossils. There are exhibits featuring early farming and pioneering in Texas along with a Discovery Room with live snakes, turtles, fish, tarantulas, scorpions, and much more.
