College football scores from Week 7 already include big wins for Louisville and USC. Those NCAA scores from Thursday night (Oct. 10) began with No. 8 Louisville beating Rutgers at home. Cardinals quarterback Teddy Bridgewater threw for 310 yards and two touchdowns, proving that he might be worth an early selection in the 2014 NFL Draft.
The other important game from Thursday involved two contenders from the Pac-12 Conference. USC held off a late charge by the Arizona Wildcats to pull out a 38-31 victory. It was the first game under new head coach Ed Orgeron and it nearly got away from the Trojans. Quarterback Cody Kessler threw for 297 yards and two touchdowns for the Trojans, but he got shown up by the guy on the other side. Arizona quarterback B.J. Denker had 363 passing yards and four touchdowns to his credit.
There are a number of extremely important games still to come this weekend and they include No. 2 Oregon vs. No. 16 Washington, No. 7 Georgia vs. No. 25 Missouri, No. 10 LSU vs. No. 17 Florida, and No. 14 South Carolina at Arkansas. All of these games hold a lot of importance when it comes to conference standings so quite a few fans will be paying close attention to the Week 7 college football scores.
